We want you to be satisfied with our BrickCase, and if for any reason you are not, please notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 working days from the delivery date. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us safely. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included. We will inspect all returned items and award a refund if it meets our policy. If the return is a result of a defective product or our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.*This return policy does not apply to custom and special orders. Custom order and special orders are not returnable.
