IS IT EASY TO ASSEMBLE THE BRICKCASE?
Yes, it is fairly easy to assemble the display cases. You just need to follow the provided instructions to assemble them. Little to no assistance is required for assembling our BrickCase.
HOW CAN I DECIDE WHICH SIZE IS A GOOD FIT FOR MY ITEMS?
We have listed detailed size information about our BrickCase on our site. We strongly suggest you check the size/fit before ordering. Moreover, please use our online tools: “Size Calculator” to determine possible size along with the “Size Comparison Viewer” to help you decide. We make our BrickCase with generous space in mind so you have more room to display or add on items in the future.
HOW BRIGHT ARE YOUR BRICKCASE LED LIGHTS?
Our LED lights are 245 lumens; 4 lights or 8 Lights X 1W/6500. Non-Dimmable. Our BrickCase is tested and certified by ETL. The ETL Mark is proof of product compliance to North American (USA and Canada) safety standards.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOMIZED DISPLAY CASES?
No, unfortunately, we can not. Because COVID-19 material costs adversely affect the availability of Lucite at this time.
WHAT I DO IF MY BRICKCASE ARRIVES BROKEN OR WITH DAMAGED PANELS?
We have engineered our packaging to the best standards of protection to ensure our BrickCase arrives to you safely. However, if the packaging appears damaged, please check the contents and contact us immediately if anything is broken. We have replacement panels and parts in stock that are ready to ship to you as soon as possible. Notification of DAMAGE or SHORTAGE must be received within 48 hours of delivery.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be satisfied with our BrickCase, and if for any reason you are not, please notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 working days from the delivery date. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us safely. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included. We will inspect all returned items and award a refund if it meets our policy. If the return is a result of a defective product or our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
